We are looking for a manager for one of our establishments in the Vizcaya area

What you'll do

• Sales and activity objectives: Monitoring of sales and operational objectives for the establishment. You will be responsible for cash management.
• Human Resources and team management: Be the driving force behind your team's motivation, lead them, schedule shifts, communicate hirings and firings, track incidents, etc.
• Customer service: Handling complaints and claims to provide the best service to our customers.
• Marketing and promotion: Ensure that promotional materials are available and comply with corporate guidelines.
• Occupational Health and Safety: Comply with regulations and all occupational health and safety measures.
• Tasks of restocking and controlling the establishment's inventory.
• Ensure the proper maintenance and cleanliness of the premises.

What we're looking for

• Experience as a manager or supervisor, preferably in the restaurant sector.
• Knowledge of profit and loss accounts and analytical thinking for the management of sales and the establishment's finances.
• Leadership, with the ability to plan and manage the team.
• Desirable minimum education: compulsory secondary education.
• Full availability.
• Ease of travel to our restaurant.
• Drive, drive, and more drive to learn—it's never enough!
