Manager, Pricing
Job Responsibilities
As the Manager Pricing you will be responsible for executing our pricing strategy across markets in APAC & EU, helping manage the fee structure for millions of our users in the region. You will contribute to the development of our regional pricing roadmap, collaborating across marketing, product, data/analytics, and management teams to maximize business value while enhancing Delivery Hero's price perception in APAC & EU markets. You will also play a key role in informing global product teams with regional operational insights to ensure scalable solutions. This is a vital strategic role with high exposure and a significant opportunity to impact the business. You will:
Define and execute the pricing strategy for a cluster of markets in our APAC & EU businesses
Drive innovative pricing initiatives to improve overall pricing strategy, operations, experimentation, and tooling – including integration of AI and automation solutions
Identify, test, and scale opportunities to capture customer willingness to pay while maintaining a fair and competitive price perception
Build and align the pricing experimentation roadmap across cross functional teams and local markets
Support target setting and achievement of the customer fee P&L line items, on the order of hundreds of millions of Euros
Job Requirements
5-7 years of experience in pricing, analytics, top-tier consultancy, or a related field.
Bachelor's degree in Economics, Mathematics, Engineering, Statistics, or a similar quantitative field.
Strong problem-solving skills with proven experience in SQL and Python/R, leveraging data analysis and A/B testing to deliver quick, scalable, and data-driven solutions in complex environments.
Ability to communicate effectively at all levels of the organization and manage multiple stakeholders with diverse interests.
A proactive and problem-solvers mindset with a passion for data analytics and a track record of tackling complex problems autonomously.
Strong stakeholder management, presentation and communication skills with demonstrated experience working in complex and/or matrixed organizations
