Manager, Process Engineering

• Own and drive Manufacturing Engineering & Facilities strategyaligned with business growth

• Lead engineering teams to optimize process efficiency, cost, andquality• Oversee site infrastructure, facilities operations, and capitalprojects

• Drive continuous improvement and innovation acrossmanufacturing processes

• Establish and monitor engineering KPIs and performance metrics

• Partner with cross-functional teams to support NPI and operational excellence

• Identify risks, resolve complex issues, and implement scalable solutions

• Ensure compliance with EHS, regulatory, and company standards• Lead crisis management and act as a key site leader when requiredIll.

REQUIREMENTS

• Proven leadership experience in manufacturing engineering /facilities management

• Strong background in process optimization, automation, and large scale operations

• Experience leading cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment

• Track record managing large capital projects (e.g. >$20M)

• Strong understanding of engineering standards, compliance, and operational risks

• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
