Manager - Procurement Compliance Audit
The Manager – Procurement Compliance Audit at Qiddiya Investment Company is responsible for leading procurement compliance audits to ensure that all sourcing and purchasing activities comply with company policies, regulatory standards, and best practices. This role involves planning, executing, and reporting on audits, as well as collaborating with relevant stakeholders to address any compliance issues identified. The Manager plays a pivotal role in maintaining high standards of procurement operations and mitigating risks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and conduct comprehensive procurement compliance audits across various departments and projects.
- Identify compliance gaps, risks, and control weaknesses, and recommend practical solutions.
- Collaborate with procurement teams and other stakeholders to ensure timely implementation of corrective actions.
- Prepare detailed audit reports and present findings to senior management.
- Monitor trends in procurement compliance and propose continuous improvement initiatives.
- Support development and delivery of training programs related to procurement compliance and audit awareness.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, and industry best practices.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in procurement compliance, audit, or related fields, preferably within large projects or organizations.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Finance, Accounting, or related discipline.
- Relevant professional certifications such as CIPS, CIA, or equivalent are highly desirable.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Fluency in English is required; Arabic language proficiency is an advantage.
- Familiarity with Saudi Arabia’s regulatory environment and procurement practices is preferred.
