Manager - Product Engineering

Responsibilities:

• The candidate should have strong skills in the JAVA programming language and focus especially on the following areas: Core Java (OOPS, Collections, Design Patterns, and Threads), JDBC and MyBatis, Spring Framework, REST, HTML, jQuery, AJAX, JavaScript, and CSS.
• Lead and mentor a team of backend engineers in Java and related technologies.
• Architect scalable and maintainable backend solutions using Java, Spring Boot, and microservices.
• Ensure performance, security, scalability, and maintainability of the product.

Requirements:

• Experience: 6 - 12 years.
• BE / B. Tech / MCA / MSc in Computer Science or IT.
• Technology Stack: Java, Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Microservices, REST, DevOps.
