The Manager Product Integrations is responsible for defining and executing the global integration, implementation, and delivery strategy across products, platforms, and services. This role owns the end-to-end client onboarding, product integration, and delivery lifecycle, ensuring scalable, consistent, and high-quality execution while aligning customer outcomes with business objectives.
The Manager serves as the primary liaison between Product, Engineering, Operations, Sales, and Customer teams, driving delivery excellence, operational efficiency, and continuous improvement across regions and market segments.

Role


• Own the global integration and delivery strategy, establishing the long-term vision, operating model, and OKRs for the Integrations & Delivery organization.
• Lead the end-to-end implementation, onboarding, and technical integration lifecycle for strategic customers, partners, and complex multi-product deployments.
• Define and govern integration blueprints, delivery methodologies, implementation frameworks, and operational standards to ensure consistency and scalability across products and regions.
• Partner closely with Product, Engineering, and Architecture teams to ensure delivery readiness for new products, enhancements, and platform capabilities.
• Establish strong relationships with regional delivery leaders, implementation teams, and client stakeholders to align priorities, remove obstacles, and accelerate customer adoption.
• Serve as the executive point of contact for product delivery, integration strategy, implementation governance, and customer onboarding for strategic initiatives.
• Ensure delivery processes, implementation standards, and best practices are consistently applied across products, services, and regions.
• Drive project management and delivery excellence by developing, maintaining, and governing implementation frameworks, delivery metrics, and operational KPIs.
• Lead cross-functional programs involving Product, Engineering, Operations, Compliance, Banking Partners, Aggregators, and third-party providers to ensure successful customer implementations.
• Identify, prioritize, and execute process improvement initiatives, including automation opportunities, tooling enhancements, and operational efficiencies that reduce implementation timelines and improve customer experience.
• Develop scalable integration and onboarding models that enable rapid expansion into new products, partners, markets, and geographies.
• Analyze implementation performance, operational trends, customer feedback, and transaction data to identify root causes and drive product and process improvements.
• Advocate internally for customer success, transparent communication, and service excellence while balancing delivery objectives with business priorities.
• Establish governance processes for delivery risk management, issue escalation, stakeholder communication, and executive reporting.
• Build and maintain strategic relationships with banking partners, technology partners, aggregators, and external stakeholders to enhance integration effectiveness and issue resolution capabilities.
• Manage departmental budgets, resource allocation, workforce planning, and organizational capacity to support business growth and strategic priorities.
• Lead, coach, and develop managers, delivery leaders, implementation specialists, and integration teams while building a high-performance culture focused on accountability, innovation, and customer success.
• Identify, mentor, and retain top talent, creating career development opportunities and succession plans across the organization.

All About You

• Proven success leading global or regional teams responsible for API integrations, enterprise onboarding, technical implementation, and customer delivery.
• Strong understanding of API ecosystems, modern integration architectures, payment platforms, fintech infrastructure, SaaS products, or enterprise technology solutions.
• Demonstrated ability to develop strategic vision while successfully managing operational execution and organizational performance.
• Experience building scalable delivery frameworks, implementation methodologies, governance models, and service operating procedures.
• Strong executive presence with the ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive alignment across Product, Engineering, Sales, Operations, and Customer Success organizations.
• Proven track record managing complex customer deployments, cross-functional programs, and high-priority strategic initiatives.
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, capable of translating technical concepts into business outcomes for executive and non-technical audiences.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with experience leveraging operational data and customer insights to improve performance and customer satisfaction.
• Demonstrated ability to lead through ambiguity, manage competing priorities, and deliver results in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
• Experience working across multiple regions and cultures in a global organization.
• Passion for developing people, building high-performing teams, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence.
• Fluent in English and Spanish.
