Role Overview

We are seeking a highly execution-oriented Product Manager to drive the end-to-end delivery of our Seller CRM platform and related digital tools. You will work closely with business, design, and engineering teams to gather requirements, write PRDs, manage project timelines, and ship features that continuously improve seller growth and engagement.


Key Responsibilities

1. Requirements Management & PRD Ownership

Collect and refine requirements from business stakeholders; produce clear PRDs and prototypes; maintain the feature backlog and continuously optimize prioritization in line with product strategy.

2. Cross-Functional Delivery

Coordinate design, engineering, QA, and operations teams to drive features from kickoff to launch; track milestones, identify risks early, and unblock cross-team dependencies.

3. Data Analysis & Iteration

Continuously monitor product KPIs and user feedback post-launch; identify improvement opportunities through data analysis and translate findings into actionable iteration plans.

4. Stakeholder Communication

Maintain clear, regular communication with domestic and global stakeholders (US, India); prepare status update materials, feature demos, and training documents.

5. Vendor & Internal Team Collaboration

Partner with internal and external development teams and vendors to drive day-to-day delivery; track SLA compliance and escalate issues to senior leadership as needed.


Qualifications

Experience

3–6 years in product management, with end-to-end ownership of CRM, e-commerce, or seller/customer-facing digital products.

Domain Knowledge

Familiar with Salesforce CRM or equivalent seller management tools; cross-border e-commerce background required.

Analytical Skills

Solid data analysis foundation; able to write SQL independently or collaborate with data teams to extract insights; experience with KPI dashboards and A/B testing.

Product Craft

Strong PRD writing and prototyping skills (Axure, Figma, or similar); understanding of user lifecycle management and precision-marketing concepts.

Communication

Clear communicator in cross-functional settings with demonstrated influencing skills; strong business English required (spoken and written).


Nice-to-Have

Experience with precision marketing products

Familiarity with China data-privacy regulations (PIPL, MLPS)

B2B product background

Experience collaborating with overseas (US / India) engineering and business teams

Experience shipping AI-powered products is a plus

Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field
