You’ll work closely with the Director of Marketing and Communications, serve as a marketing partner to teams across ICPAS, and help turn organizational priorities into clear, audience-focused plans. You’ll also lead our social media efforts and supervise our Specialist, Digital Marketing Operations.

What You’ll Do

Plan and Lead Campaigns

  • Develop marketing plans that connect audience needs with participation, membership, and revenue goals.
  • Partner with colleagues to define each campaign’s audience, message, timing, and measures of success.
  • Recommend the right channels and level of effort, then manage projects from planning through launch.

Create Marketing That Connects

  • Develop campaigns across email, web, social media, print, video, and other channels.
  • Write and edit clear, compelling copy that reflects the ICPAS brand and moves audiences to act.
  • Coordinate with colleagues and external partners to keep campaigns accurate, cohesive, and on schedule.

Own Social Media

  • Lead ICPAS’ social media strategy, editorial calendar, content, and performance goals.
  • Create and publish content that supports our programs, members, advocacy work, and brand.
  • Guide paid social campaigns and use results to improve what we do next.

Use Results to Improve

  • Set campaign goals, track performance, and share useful insights with colleagues.
  • Use audience data, testing, and past results to improve messaging, timing, and channel choices.
  • Recommend what to continue, change, or try next.

Lead and Improve the Work

  • Supervise and coach the Specialist, Digital Marketing Operations.
  • Set clear priorities, manage deadlines, and take responsibility for the quality and results of your work.
  • Build practical workflows and tools that help the team work effectively.
