Responsible for managing products and workshop portfolios to drive sales growth, profitability, and customer value. This role oversees inventory planning, pricing and promotions, product training, workshop operations, and new product/service development.

Key Responsibilities

1. Inventory & Replenishment Management

  • Monitor stock levels, sales run rate, and inventory turnover.
  • Forecast demand and manage purchasing and replenishment plans.
  • Ensure product availability while optimizing inventory levels.

2. Pricing & Promotion Management

  • Review pricing, margins, and product performance.
  • Develop and evaluate promotional activities to maximize sales and profitability.
  • Monitor market trends and recommend pricing strategies.

3. Product Training

  • Develop and deliver product training for sales teams, agents, and customers.
  • Maintain product knowledge materials and training content.
  • Support product launches through training initiatives.

4. Workshop Management

  • Manage workshop programs and instructor partnerships.
  • Review workshop pricing and profitability.
  • Monitor performance and customer satisfaction to drive continuous improvement.

5. New Product & Service Development

  • Lead new product and workshop/service development projects from concept to launch.
  • Conduct market research and business feasibility assessments.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure successful launches and commercial performance.
