At GEON Performance Solutions, you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring our products meet evolving global regulatory requirements while supporting environmental, health, safety, and sustainability initiatives across our manufacturing network.
What You'll Do
- Lead global product regulatory and compliance activities across North America and international markets.
- Drive product stewardship programs, SDS management, and compliance with TSCA, Prop 65, RoHS, FDA, UL, and other key regulations.
- Partner with R&D, Operations, Commercial, and Manufacturing teams to accelerate new product introductions.
- Support environmental compliance, sustainability reporting, and continuous improvement initiatives across multiple manufacturing sites.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to leadership on regulatory and compliance matters.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Polymer Science, Environmental, or a related technical field.
- 5+ years of experience in regulatory affairs, product stewardship, environmental compliance, or related disciplines within chemicals, polymers, or manufacturing.
- Knowledge of TSCA, SDS management, Prop 65, RoHS, FDA, UL, and related regulatory frameworks.
- Strong project management, communication, and cross-functional leadership skills.
