Manager, Production

What You Will Do

To manage and drive all production related activities to fulfill those targets in terms of cost, quality, delivery, productivity and people competence.

1. Support supervisor in all aspects. Develop and manage overall production key performance indicators to support business goal achievement
2. Responsible for workshop safety / discipline / 5S management
3. Responsible for production DL efficiency / variance / expense, quality and production order on-time completion
4. Engage frond end cross functional teams (PDE/PJM/PGM/MIE/AQP etc.) to support NPI sample/order fulfilment in production lines
5. Participate in process change, design change or supplier change for the cost reduction purpose
6. Drive for workshop and production line continuous improvement in terms of safety/quality/cost and digital transformation
7. Drive for DL skillset development and motivation, as well as production organization/personnel optimization to meet capability needs of business growth
8. Develop and oversee implementation & administration of department policies, systems and procedures
9. Ensure compliance with corporate, local policies and regulations, as well as promote PBM culture

Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)

1. 3 years or above production supervisor or manager experience
2. Working in PCBA or cable assembly industry
3. Automotive industry experience
4. Proven success with efficient production line organization and output improvement
5. Strong interpersonal skill and the ability to motivate and lead a diverse work force to achieve desired results
6. Good communication skill;
7. Good at data analysis skill
8. Be good at lean knowledge and quality system understanding.
9. Motivate team; Foster open communication; Deliver Commitment; Manage disagreement.
10. Familiar with ERP or SAP system;
11. Familiar with office software (excel, word, ppt)
12. Good communication in English
