Manager, Professional Services

As Manager, Professional Services, you’ll lead a team of Implementation Consultants delivering high-quality technology deployments and customer experiences.
You’ll combine people leadership, project oversight, and customer engagement to ensure implementations achieve strong business outcomes.
The role gives you the opportunity to shape delivery methodologies, improve operational efficiency, and scale professional services practices.
You’ll work closely with Sales, Product, and Customer Success to align customer expectations with delivery capabilities.
Your expertise in implementation, data analysis, and problem-solving will help teams translate complex requirements into practical solutions.
You’ll have meaningful influence over team development, resource allocation, project quality, and customer satisfaction.

Accountabilities:
- Lead, mentor, and coach a team of Implementation Consultants, providing guidance, feedback, and career development opportunities.
- Allocate resources across customer projects based on team capacity, skills, utilization, and customer priorities.
- Provide guidance on solution design, system configuration, data analysis, and the translation of business requirements into effective implementations.
- Oversee customer implementation projects from kickoff through go-live and transition to Customer Success.
- Serve as an escalation point for complex customer issues, ensuring timely resolution and maintaining strong client relationships.
- Ensure consultants effectively advise customers, configure systems, analyze and interpret data, present findings, and identify opportunities for process improvement.
- Partner with Sales, Product, and Customer Success to align customer expectations, product capabilities, and delivery plans.
- Establish and refine implementation methodologies, tools, reporting practices, and best practices to improve consistency and efficiency.
- Monitor the quality of project deliverables, including statements of work alignment, documentation, reporting, and overall implementation outcomes.
- Track team utilization, productivity, and project performance, including on-time and on-budget delivery.
- Support the adoption of effective data management, reporting, and analytical practices across the Professional Services organization.
- Contribute to strategic initiatives that scale Professional Services and create a more effective customer onboarding experience.
- Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, Information Management, Statistics, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in Professional Services, Implementation, or Project Management, including experience leading customer-facing teams.
- Proven experience managing and developing teams, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction, delivery quality, and continuous improvement.
- Strong background in system implementation and data analysis, with the ability to understand business requirements and translate them into practical solutions.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data management tools, with the ability to analyze and interpret complex datasets.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to develop clear, data-driven recommendations.
- Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills, including the ability to translate technical findings into clear, customer-friendly insights.
- Strong organizational and project management capabilities, with experience balancing multiple projects, priorities, resources, and customer needs.
- Collaborative leadership style and the ability to work effectively across Sales, Product, Customer Success, and other teams.
- PMP or a similar project management certification is preferred.
- A proactive, adaptable, mission-driven approach and a genuine commitment to improving customer and team outcomes.
- Annual salary range of $100,000–$120,000 USD for the remote U.S. position.
