Manager, Programme & Fund Management [Govt]

• Location: Labrador Park
• Working Hours: 8.30am - 6.00pm (Mon - Thu) & 8.30am - 5.30pm (Fri)
• Salary: Up to $7,665 per month
• Duration: 1 Year

Key Responsibilities:

• Support programme planning, KPI tracking and reporting to monitor programme progress and outcomes.
• Conduct surveys to gather feedback and assess the reach and effectiveness of programmes and initiatives.
• Review and refine funding focus areas to ensure they remain relevant to current needs.
• Evaluate funded projects to assess their impact and identify opportunities for continuation, expansion or collaboration with other partners.
• Review and improve funding evaluation processes, including developing consistent approaches to assess project proposals and outcomes.
• Conduct research, analyse findings and develop recommendations to improve programme effectiveness and funding processes.
• Coordinate internal meetings, prepare meeting materials, record key discussions and follow up on action items.
• Support planning, reporting and the preparation of official replies to government queries when required.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum a degree in any discipline.
• At least 5 years of working experience.
• Familiar with research methodologies, data analysis or programme evaluation would be a plus.
