- Lead Project Planning: Develop and manage detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets for all MEP, Structural, and Architectural projects.
- Drive Execution: Coordinate and lead internal teams, external contractors, and consultants to ensure smooth, on-time project execution.
- Ensure Compliance: Guarantee strict adherence to all local building codes, sustainability standards, and energy efficiency requirements.
- Manage Retail Delivery: Oversee property upgrades, expansions, and complex tenant fit-out projects for retail spaces.
- Quality Control: Monitor project progress and enforce rigorous quality control measures across all deliverables.
- Vendor Management: Select, manage, and hold accountable for all contractors, suppliers, and service providers.
- Stakeholder Relations: Maintain strong relationships with tenants and stakeholders to effectively address project needs and expectations.
- Risk Mitigation: Proactively identify technical and scheduling risks and implement effective mitigation strategies.
- Financial Reporting: Track project costs, control the budget, and prepare regular progress and financial reports for senior management.
- Bachelor's degree in mechanical/electrical engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
- PMP Certificate
- Minimum 7–10 years in project management, with strong MEP background.
- Experience in commercial real estate development or smart building projects
- At least 3 years in management position
- Strong knowledge of MEP systems, building codes, and sustainability standards.
