Manager

We are seeking an experienced and driven Beauty Store Manager to oversee the full lifecycle of our beauty retail operations — from pre-opening setup through day-to-day management. This is a hands-on leadership role ideal for someone with a passion for the beauty industry and a strong operational mindset.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead all aspects of store pre-opening preparation, including fit-out coordination, vendor sourcing, inventory setup, and staff recruitment

• Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) to ensure smooth store operations

• Oversee daily store operations, including sales performance, customer experience, and team scheduling

• Monitor and manage inventory levels, stock replenishment, and supplier relationships

• Drive revenue growth through effective merchandising, promotions, and customer engagement strategies

• Recruit, train, coach, and retain a high-performing team

• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and beauty industry regulations

• Prepare regular reports on KPIs, sales targets, and operational metrics for senior management
