Explore your tasks and responsibilities

• Provide technical and disciplinary leadership and further develop a team in the areas of Qualification, QA/QC & Start-up Installation ATF/BLS
• Plan, coordinate, and monitor all quality-related activities while ensuring projects are completed on schedule
• Act as the main point of contact for customers regarding qualification, quality assurance, commissioning, and acceptance
• Prepare and review quality, inspection, and documentation records, and track deviations and corrective actions
• Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and project standards on construction sites and in production areas
• Support the handling of customer complaints, quotation calculations, and the continuous improvement of processes and workflows

Show your expertise

• Degree in a technical field or comparable technical qualification with relevant professional experience
• Several years of experience in Quality Management and/or QA/QC, ideally within plant engineering, piping, or industrial construction
• Strong knowledge of quality assurance and quality control for installation, welding, and piping activities, as well as inspection and quality documentation
• Experience in leading and developing QA/QC teams and coordinating inspectors and project stakeholders
• Strong communication, organizational, and assertiveness skills when working with clients, project teams, and subcontractors
• Fluent German (minimum C1 level) and good written and spoken English
• Willingness to travel for project-related assignments at various customer sites
