MANAGER
The Administration Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily administrative operations of the construction company, ensuring efficient office management, compliance with company policies, and providing administrative support to project teams. The role also coordinates office resources, manages administrative staff, supports procurement and document control, and ensures smooth communication between departments.
Administration & Office Management
- Manage the overall administrative functions of the company.
- Develop and implement administrative policies and procedures.
- Oversee office facilities, equipment, supplies, and maintenance.
- Ensure efficient document filing and record management systems.
- Coordinate company meetings, events, and travel arrangements.
Project Administration
- Support project teams with administrative and documentation requirements.
- Maintain project records, contracts, permits, and correspondence.
- Coordinate submission of project documents to clients, consultants, and authorities.
- Monitor document control processes and ensure proper version management.
Human Resources Support
- Assist in recruitment, onboarding, and employee documentation.
- Maintain employee records, attendance, leave, and administrative HR functions.
- Coordinate staff training and company activities.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and labor regulations.
Procurement & Vendor Administration
- Coordinate office purchases and administrative procurement.
- Maintain supplier records and service contracts.
- Liaise with vendors for office equipment, maintenance, and administrative services.
- Monitor administrative budgets and expenses.
Compliance & Quality
- Ensure compliance with company policies and statutory regulations.
- Maintain licenses, insurance records, and company registrations.
- Support internal and external audits.
- Assist in implementing ISO or other quality management systems where applicable.
Financial Administration
- Assist the Finance Department with administrative documentation.
- Monitor office operating expenses.
- Process administrative invoices and purchase requests.
- Maintain accurate administrative records.
Team Management
- Supervise and mentor administrative staff.
- Assign workloads and monitor performance.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and operational efficiency.
