Manager Radiology

• Department: Radiology Diagnostic
• Schedule: Day shift | Full-time | 8:00AM - 4:30PM | Weekend and on call coverage as needed.

• Lead the strategic direction and daily operations of multiple diagnostic imaging departments to provide exceptional, seamless services for our community.

• Champion high-quality patient care by actively coordinating services and fostering strong collaboration among staff, physicians and cross-functional departments.

• Cultivate a supportive, high-performing work environment by guiding team recruitment, professional development, scheduling and positive employee relations.

• Direct departmental budgets, vendor relationships and operational metrics to drive financial health and continuous facility improvement.

• Uphold strict safety and quality standards by ensuring continuous compliance with all federal, state and local regulatory agencies to protect patient well-being.

Licensure / Certification / Registration

• Required Credential(s):
  • BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
  • One or more of the following:
    • Cardiographic Tech credentialed from the Cardiovascular Credentialing International (CCI) obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date.
    • Nuclear Medical Tech credentialed from the Nuclear Medicine Technology Certification Board (NMTCB) obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date.
    • Radiologic Technologist specializing in Radiography credentialed from the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date.
    • Cardiac Sonographer credentialed from the American Registry for Diagnostic Medical Sonography (ARDMS) obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date.
    • Technologist specializing in Magnetic Resonance Imaging credentialed from the American Registry of Magnetic Resonance Imaging Technologists (ARMRIT) obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date.
    • Medical Sonographer credentialed from the American Registry for Diagnostic Medical Sonography (ARDMS) obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date. Any specialty accepted.
    • Sonography Tech specializing in Vascular Sonography credentialed from the American Registry for Diagnostic Medical Sonography (ARDMS) obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date.
    • Sonography Tech specializing in Cardiac credentialed from the Cardiovascular Credentialing International (CCI) obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date. Any specialty accepted.
• Preferred Credential(s):
  • Medical Training specializing in Radiology Administration.

Education

• High School diploma equivalency with 3 years of cumulative experience OR Associate's degree/Technical degree with 2 years of experience OR 7 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required. 3 years of leadership or management experience preferred.
