Manager

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Agency Manager to lead daily operations, support team development, and drive growth within our Allstate insurance agency. This role is responsible for overseeing sales and service staff, ensuring exceptional customer experiences, maintaining operational excellence, and helping the agency achieve its business goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and coach sales and service team members
• Monitor agency performance, production goals, and key metrics
• Recruit, train, and develop employees
• Ensure excellent customer service and retention
• Oversee agency workflows, compliance, and office operations
• Assist with sales activities, cross-selling, and business development
• Handle escalated customer concerns and problem resolution
• Maintain carrier relationships and support agency growth initiatives

Qualifications

• Insurance industry experience preferred
• Property & Casualty license required
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities
• Proven ability to motivate and develop employees
• Organized, detail-oriented, and results-driven
• Experience with agency management systems and CRM platforms is a plus
