- Ensures compliance with regulatory and accreditation requirements for self and within the unit(s).
- Identifies and resolves issues affecting the delivery of patient care services for the assigned unit(s).
- Develops and implements policies and procedures to guarantee efficient and effective delivery of health services in the unit(s).
Develops and maintains quality monitoring systems for the assigned unit(s).
- Required Credential(s):
- BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
- Registered Nurse credentialed from the Oklahoma Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date.
- Required professional licensure/certification AND 3 years of experience and 1 year of cumulative leadership experience required.
