Manager, Rehabilitation & Athletic Training Services | Greater Fond du Lac Market
Lead and inspire a multidisciplinary team while making a meaningful impact across the Greater Fond du Lac market. As the Manager of Rehabilitation & Athletic Training Services, you will oversee both inpatient and outpatient therapy operations, as well as athletic training services, ensuring high-quality patient care, operational excellence, and team development.
This leadership role is ideal for an experienced healthcare professional with a proven background in managing therapy services, building strong teams, and driving clinical and operational outcomes. The manager will work closely with market and clinical leadership to support strategic initiatives, enhance patient experiences, and foster a culture of collaboration and accountability.

Job Summary:
Manages the daily operations of rehabilitative services.Job Responsibilities and Requirements:
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
Develops specific departmental goals, standards, and objectives which directly support the strategic plan and vision of the organization.
Assesses the quality of patient care and coordinates services with patients and healthcare providers.
Manages staff relations and oversees scheduling, recruitment, and payroll.
Oversees departmental budgets, regulatory compliance, contracts, and vendor relations.
Performs patient treatment as needed.
Works in a constant state of alertness and safe manner.
Performs other duties as assigned.
EDUCATION
Bachelor's degree
EXPERIENCE
Four years experience, with two years in leadership
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
Frequent lifting/carrying and pushing/pulling objects weighing 0-25 lbs.
Frequent sitting, standing, walking, reaching and repetitive foot/leg and hand/arm movements.
Frequent use of vision and depth perception for distances near (20 inches or less) and far (20 feet or more) and to identify and distinguish colors.
Frequent use of hearing and speech to share information through oral communication. Ability to hear alarms, malfunctioning machinery, etc.
Frequent keyboard use/data entry.
Occasional bending, stooping, kneeling, squatting, twisting and gripping.
Occasional lifting/carrying and pushing/pulling objects weighing 25-50 lbs.
Rare climbing.
