MANAGER - RETAIL

We are looking for a highly driven and hands on Retail Manager to lead daily operations, improve processes, and drive performance across the organisation.

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Overseeand manage day-to-day operations to ensure efficiency, productivity, and service quality

• Develop and implement operational strategies aligned with business goals

• Monitor KPIs and operational metrics; identify gaps and implement corrective actions

• Lead,supervise, and develop operations teams to achieve performance targets

• Manage budgets, cost controls, and resource planning

• Improve work flows, systems, and SOPs to enhance operational efficiency

• Ensure compliance with company policies, regulatory requirements, and workplace safety standards

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Sales, Finance, HR, and Supply Chain

• Drive continuous improvement initiatives and operational excellence projects

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor’sDegree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Supply Chain, o rrelated field

• Minimum 3 years of relevant operations experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial role

• Strongleadership and team management skills

• Proventrack record in process improvement and cost optimisation

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

• Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with ERP systems is an advantage

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
