MANAGER - RETAIL

Weare seeking an experienced and result oriented Retail Manager to oversee the daily operations of our retail business in Singapore.

Key responsibilities:

• Plan, direct, and oversee the daily operations of the retail store.
• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue and profitability targets.
• Lead and manage retail staff, including recruitment, training, scheduling, and performance evaluation.
• Ensure high standards of customer service and resolve customer complaints professionally.
• Monitor inventory levels, stock replenishment, merchandising, and loss prevention measures.
• Managestore budgets, operating expenses, and financial reporting.
• Liaise with suppliers, business partners, and management to ensure smooth business operations.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent professional qualification in Business Administration, Retail Management, Marketing, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant retail management experience, including at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial capacity.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiencyin Microsoft Office applications and retail management systems.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluent in English. Additional language skills will be an advantage for serving a diverse customer base.
