Manager, Retail Performance Management
As Manager, Retail Performance Management, you will lead the development of retail performance management frameworks and governance mechanisms across our China retail network. You will partner with Retail Leadership and Finance to translate business strategies into measurable targets, support business decision-making, and continuously improve retail business performance.
You will be based in Shanghai, reporting directly to the Retail Marketing & Retail Excellence Head

In this role, you will be the strategic driver behind our retail performance planning and governance. Your core mission is to ensure that business strategies are effectively translated into actionable targets and that performance is continuously monitored and improved.
· Retail Performance Management Framework & Governance: Develop and govern the target-setting methodology and allocation logic, enabling annual planning based on store potential, historical performance, and business priorities. Provide Retail Leadership and Finance with performance planning tools and frameworks to support sales target allocation and performance planning cycles. Support annual business planning and sales forecasting processes based on historical performance and market trends. Build performance monitoring dashboards and alert systems to provide real-time visibility on target achievement, risk identification, and gap analysis for the Operations team. Develop and monitor the implementation of D-store improvement mechanisms.
· Retail Performance Insights & Decision Support: Monitor retail performance trends and identify areas requiring management attention. Establish regular performance review and monitoring mechanisms to track target achievement and identify performance gaps. Support management decision-making through performance reviews and business evaluations. Identify growth opportunities and performance improvement actions for the Operations team.
· SIP/Incentive Design and Tracking Infrastructure: Collaborate with HR and retail leadership to lead SIP design, ensuring commercial viability. Monitor SIP effectiveness and recommend adjustments based on business performance and organizational needs. Build reporting mechanisms that enable Operations to track team performance against incentive targets in real time. Refine incentive structures based on performance data to sustainably drive sales outcomes and enhance team engagement.
More about you:
1.Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Economics, Finance, or other related disciplines; MBA or other master's degree in business management is a plus.
2.8+ years of experience in retail operations performance management, commercial excellence, business planning, sales effectiveness, or retail business management in multinational companies.
3.Proven ability in business performance management, commercial acumen, and business planning.
4.Strong stakeholder management and change management skills to effectively partner with cross-functional teams.
5.Fluent in English (both written and spoken).
6.Proficient in Microsoft Office and Power BI; experience with Python is a plus.
7.Healthcare retail experience or service-oriented retail experience is a plus.
