Job Summary

Aa a Manager oversees daily businessactivities to ensure efficiency, productivity, and profitability. They optimizeworkflows, manage budgets, lead teams, and implement strategic improvements toachieve organizational goals.

Responsibilities

• Analyze operational processes to identify inefficiencies and implement improvements that increase productivity, reduce waste, and lower costs
• Coordinate cross-functional teams daily to ensure resources are allocated effectively to meet operational objectives
• Manage departmental budgets by reviewing financial reports and aligning expenditures with revenue targets
• Recruit, train, and mentor staff while collaborating with HR to address skill gaps and maintain employee motivation
• Develop, track, and report Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to evaluate business performance and inform stakeholders
• Ensure compliance with local labor laws, safety regulations, and industry standards in all operations

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Supply Chain, or a related field
• 3–5 years of progressive managerial or supervisory experience demonstrating success in operations or logistics
