MANAGER

Lead and manage all research and development projects from concept through implementation.

Identify opportunities for new product development and continuous improvement of existing products and manufacturing processes.

Develop project plans, timelines, budgets, and resource requirements.

Conduct technical research, feasibility studies, testing, validation, and product evaluations.

Collaborate with Production, Quality Assurance, Sales, Purchasing, and Engineering teams to ensure successful product development.

Ensure all R&D activities comply with applicable industry standards, regulatory requirements, and company quality management systems
