Manager – Sales & Aftersales Quality Control
- Lead the development and execution of Sales & Aftersales Quality Control, Compliance, Audit, and Investigation strategies across the dealer and service network.
- Establish governance frameworks, policies, standards, and quality control processes to ensure operational excellence and regulatory compliance.
- Develop and oversee annual risk-based audit plans, ensuring effective execution of periodic, ad-hoc, and special audits.
- Lead investigations into critical operational issues, customer complaints, fraud, and non-compliance cases, ensuring timely resolution and preventive actions.
- Drive Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and oversee the implementation and effectiveness of Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA).
- Monitor dealer and workshop performance through quality KPIs, compliance metrics, audit findings, and operational health indicators.
- Collaborate with Sales, Aftersales, Network Development, Customer Experience, Legal, and other stakeholders to strengthen operational governance and quality performance.
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives by leveraging data analytics, benchmarking, and industry best practices.
- Manage departmental planning, budgeting, resource allocation, and project execution.
- Prepare executive-level reports, present key findings, risk assessments, and strategic recommendations to senior management.
- Coach, develop, and lead team members to build a high-performing quality organization.
Requirements
Education
- Bachelor's degree or above in Automotive Engineering, Quality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience
- Minimum 8–10 years of experience in Quality Management, Operational Audit, Sales Operations, Aftersales Operations, Dealer Network Management, or related functions.
- At least 3 years of people management or team leadership experience.
- Experience in the automotive OEM industry or managing dealer networks is highly preferred.
