Built on a legacy of quality and innovation, we are seeking a Manager, Sales Analytics to join our team and support our continued growth.

This role will be involved in leveraging tools such as Retail Link, Circana, Scintilla, and Madrid to lead category and sales analytics, deliver impactful business reporting, and translate data into clear recommendations. The successful candidate will balance technical data analysis with storytelling, shaping strategies that support sales objectives and elevate Igloo’s partnership with Walmart & Sam’s Club.

Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Leverage Retail Link, Scintilla, Circana, Madrid, and other analytics tools to monitor business performance, identify opportunities, and provide actionable insights that drive growth.
  • Develop and maintain reporting, dashboards, and ad hoc analyses to track key sales metrics, trends, share, and KPIs while supporting timely business decisions.
  • Translate complex data into clear, compelling recommendations that strengthen category strategies, support sales presentations, and enhance joint business planning with Walmart.
  • Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, and Finance to align analytics with business objectives while sharing best practices to elevate organizational analytical capabilities.

Minimum Requirements and Qualifications

A suitable background would be a solid experience within the following qualifications and experiences:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in analytics, business, or related field
  • Experience with a Walmart & Sam’s Club supplier and proficiency in Retail Link, Scintilla, Madrid, and other business analytics tools.
