Role Overview:

Protiviti is seeking an experienced Oracle Sales - Business Development professional to drive growth across the Saudi Arabian market, with a primary focus on Riyadh. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of selling Oracle-related solutions and services to large enterprises and government organizations, with established relationships across CXO and senior technology stakeholders.

This is a hunter-oriented sales leadership role responsible for identifying new opportunities, developing strategic accounts, building executive relationships, and driving the complete sales cycle from prospecting through closure.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute sales strategies for Oracle consulting, implementation, transformation, managed services and related technology solutions.

- Identify and acquire new clients across Saudi Arabia, particularly Riyadh.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with CIOs, CTOs, CFOs, CHROs, IT Directors, Heads of Applications and Procurement/Sourcing leaders.

- Leverage an existing network within large enterprises, government entities and strategic accounts to generate qualified opportunities.

- Drive the complete sales lifecycle: lead generation, prospecting, qualification, solution positioning, proposal/RFP management, negotiation and closure.

- Partner with Oracle solution, consulting and delivery teams to develop customized client propositions.

- Generate and manage a healthy sales pipeline and consistently achieve revenue and business development targets.

- Develop account plans for strategic customers and identify opportunities for cross-selling and up-selling.

- Lead commercial discussions, contract negotiations and deal closures with senior stakeholders.
