The Manager, Sales Support & Analysis – Product serves as a strategic partner to our Sales organization, removing friction, connecting the right people and insights, and enabling the Sales Support team to perform at their best. This leader will oversee two supervisors and their respective teams of individual contributors, and is accountable for driving a culture of high performance, ownership, and continuous improvement. Using data as a compass, this role translates trends and insights into actionable recommendations that shape how the business moves forward.
Job Description
Core Responsibilities
Stakeholder Management and Sales Partnership
- Builds and maintains strong partnerships with Sales teams, acting as a trusted resource to identify and remove operational roadblocks and reduce friction across the sales process.
- Proactively anticipates the needs of Sales stakeholders and delivers timely, relevant support that connects the right people, data, and decisions.
- Interfaces with internal teams to ensure proper tracking, reporting, and analysis
Data-Driven Decision Making
- Maintains team data and management reports to ensure accurate, timely visibility into business performance.
- Uses daily activity reports, trends, and data to surface meaningful insights and make informed recommendations that drive change.
- Upholds a high level of analytical proficiency to meet the evolving reporting needs of the organization.
Leading Leaders
- Directly manages two supervisors, providing ongoing coaching, development, and direction to help them grow as effective people leaders.
- Models and reinforces a leadership culture built on accountability, transparency, and resilience — especially through periods of change.
- Owns and delivers key messages to the team with clarity and confidence, ensuring alignment from leadership through to individual contributors.
- Fosters an environment where high performance is the standard and team members feel motivated, supported, and set up to succeed.
Performance Management
- Partners with supervisors to set clear expectations and ensure consistent accountability across their teams, identifying performance gaps early and equipping leaders with the tools to address them constructively.
- Champions a feedback-forward culture where recognition, coaching, and development conversations happen regularly — not just at review time.
- Exercises independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance, including personnel decisions and operational priorities.

Virginia Pay Range: $102,136.24 - $153,204.36This job can be performed in Maryland with a Pay Range of $102,136.24 - $176,185.01Comcast intends to offer the selected candidate base pay within this range, dependent on job-related, non-discriminatory factors such as experience. Most sales positions are eligible for a Commission under the terms of an applicable plan, while most non-sales positions are eligible for a Bonus.
