Key Responsibilities
- Develop and drive sales planning and effectiveness initiatives aligned with business objectives.
- Analyze sales performance, customer trends, and market insights to support strategic decision-making.
- Lead sales reporting, forecasting, KPI monitoring, and performance measurement.
- Drive sales process improvements and implement best practices to enhance productivity and efficiency.
- Design and support sales incentive, training, and coaching initiatives to strengthen sales capabilities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver tools, systems, and insights that support commercial success.
What We're Looking For
- Strong analytical and commercial mindset.
- Experience in sales planning, performance management, or business analytics.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Ability to influence change and drive continuous improvement.
- Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools.
You should
- Possess a Bachelor’s Degree or Full Professional Qualification in the related field (Marketing/ Sales/ Business Management/ Logistics or any other related field)
- Be excellent in communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Posses ability to drive sales growth and build strong partnerships within the sector.
- Possess high integrity with a proven compliance record and strong work ethics.
- (Experience in Freight Forwarding & Logistics industry will be an added advantage)
