Your work profile

• As a SAP CAR ,having experience in POS Data Transfer and Audit (POSDTA), Demand Data Foundation (DDF), Unified Demand Forecast (UDF), Omni-channel Article Availability (OAA), and Omni-channel Promotion Pricing (OPP).
• Serve as the SAP CAR Lead/SME, driving solution design, implementation, and support for SAP Customer Activity Repository applications.
• Lead business requirement workshops and configure SAP CAR modules including POS Data Transfer & Audit (POSDTA), Unified Demand Forecast (UDF), and Inventory Visibility.
• Collaborate with Retail, Merchandising, Supply Chain, and SAP functional teams to ensure seamless integration across the retail landscape.
• Provide leadership in testing, issue resolution, performance optimization, user training, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Key skills required

• 9 to 15+ years of SAP experience with strong expertise in SAP CAR and Retail industry processes.
• Hands-on experience in SAP CAR components such as POSDTA, OAA (Omnichannel Article Availability), Inventory Visibility, UDF, and integration with SAP S/4HANA or ERP.
• Proven experience in solution architecture, data modelling, system integrations, and end-to-end retail transformation projects.
• Strong analytical, stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills with experience leading global implementations and support engagements.

Qualification

• Graduate degree (Science or Engineering) – B.Sc ( I.T), B.Sc ( Computer Science ) , B.E/B.Tech or MBA.
