Work you’ll do

As a PMO, you will need to drive project execution beyond schedule tracking, actively managing risks, dependencies, business readiness, decision governance, defect resolution, and stakeholder alignment throughout the program lifecycle. Additionally, you are expected to engage both executive stakeholders and delivery teams, while maintaining visibility across business processes, system design decisions, and deployment readiness.

Key responsibilities include:

Project Delivery & Governance

• Lead planning, execution, monitoring, and governance activities across multiple project workstreams.
• Manage interdependencies across business, functional, technical, data migration, integration, security, reporting, and change management teams.
• Maintain project control mechanisms including risk registers, issue logs, decision logs, RAID management, and escalation management.
• Drive resolution of complex issues spanning multiple workstreams and stakeholder groups.
• Facilitate executive-level discussions and support program decision-making.

UATLeadership

• Lead end-to-end UAT strategy, execution governance, and business sign-off activities.
• Manage defect triage, prioritization, root cause assessment, and remediation planning.
• Challenge classification of defects, enhancements, scope gaps, and change requests where appropriate.
• Ensure critical business processes are validated under realistic operational scenarios.
• Monitor UAT progress through risk-based and business-impact-driven approaches.

BusinessReadiness

• Assess business readiness and stakeholder confidence across impacted departments.
• Engage department heads and process owners to identify adoption risks and operational concerns.
• Develop mitigation plans for business, operational, and deployment risks.
• Support cutover readiness and go-live decision processes.

StakeholderManagement

• Work effectively with senior business stakeholders, executives, sponsors, and system integrator leadership.
• Facilitate discussions involving competing priorities, conflicting requirements, and ambiguous ownership.
• Build consensus while maintaining delivery objectives.
• Translate technical issues into business impact and executive decision points.

Design Governance

• Ensure critical design decisions, requirement clarifications, assumptions, and approvals are appropriately documented and traceable.
• Maintain alignment between approved solution designs, project scope, and delivered functionality.
• Review impacts arising from requirement changes, scope evolution, and business requests.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Business, Economics, or related disciplines
• 10+ years of working experience in SAP project delivery, PMO, or project management roles
• Proven experience leading projects end-to-end, from planning and execution through to delivery and closure
• Strong understanding of SAP project lifecycle and delivery frameworks with hands on S/4HANA experience required).
• Strong functional knowledge of finance systems and processes & / or financial consolidation or planning.

• Strong experience in project monitoring, reporting, and documentation
• Strong organizational, coordination, and stakeholder management skills, with a high level of attention to detail
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify issues and drive effective solutions
• Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with both business and IT stakeholders
• Proven ability to manage and collaborate with multiple stakeholders across business and IT teams
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced consulting environment, managing multiple priorities and deadlines
• Proactive and results-oriented approach, with the ability to take ownership and drive initiatives independently Proactive attitude with a willingness to take initiative
