As our Manager, Security Governance and Assurance you will be responsible for establishing, maintaining, and continuously improving Judo’s cybersecurity and physical security governance framework, ensuring security controls are effective, risks are managed, and compliance obligations are met.
Reporting to our Chief Information Security Officer, you'll work across Technology, Data & Operations to ensure security policies, standards, risk management, assurance activities, regulatory compliance, information asset governance, third-party security assurance, and security awareness are operating effectively.

- Establishing and maintaining security policies, standards, procedures and guidelines
- Ensuring alignment with Judo’s risk appetite and strategic objectives
- Providing regular reporting to executive leadership, risk committees, and audit committees
- Developing and managing a SDLC Security Assurance Program
- Coordinating internal and external audits
- Monitoring remediation activities and ensuing audit finding are addressed
- Maintaining compliance against applicable regulatory, legal, contractual, and policy requirements
- Managing and enforcing information classification and handling requirements
- Evaluating supplier security risks and control effectiveness
- Leading the security awareness and education programs
You’ll likely bring:
- Significant experience in Cyber Security, Risk, Governance, Compliance, or Assurance
- Experience managing audits, compliance assessments, and risk management programs
- Strong understanding of security controls and industry standards
- Experience engaging with senior executives and governance committees
- Proven stakeholder management experience
- Experience in regulated industries
