🎯 What You'll Be Doing

📢 Strategic Communications & Branding

• Develop and execute integrated communications strategies across internal, external, digital, and social media channels.
• Drive impactful storytelling, branding, and awareness campaigns.
• Create engaging content including speeches, newsletters, presentations, articles, publicity materials, and social media content.
• Support leadership communications, media opportunities, and thought leadership initiatives.
• Monitor campaign performance and recommend improvements based on insights.

🤝 Stakeholder Engagement & Partnerships

• Partner with internal teams, healthcare professionals, community organisations, and external stakeholders.
• Plan and coordinate engagement initiatives, campaigns, forums, and events.
• Develop communication materials to strengthen partnerships and programme awareness.

❤️ Patient Experience

• Develop patient-facing communication materials and educational resources.
• Work closely with operational and clinical teams to enhance patient engagement.
• Share impactful patient success stories and programme outcomes.

🚀 Project & Programme Management

• Manage multiple communications projects, vendors, timelines, and deliverables.
• Support communications planning for new healthcare initiatives and service expansion.
• Build scalable communications processes to support organisational growth
