Manager / Senior Officer - IT Service Delivery
Salary: $30,000 – $35,000 per month

Responsibilities
Act as the key liaison between customers and internal support teams to ensure ICT services are delivered on time and in accordance with agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
Collaborate with project governance stakeholders to monitor project performance and coordinate change management activities.
Manage service incidents by coordinating with relevant support teams to identify, investigate, and resolve issues in a timely manner.
Escalate critical or unresolved incidents to management when necessary and ensure appropriate follow-up.
Drive continuous improvement in service quality, operational efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
Understand customer needs and coordinate with internal functional teams to provide appropriate support and enhance service delivery.
Requirements
Higher Diploma / Degree holder in Information Technology or a related discipline.
5 years of relevant experience in IT service delivery
Holder of ITIL v3 Foundation certification
Experience in system and network post-implementation support
Sound understanding of IT Service Management (ITSM)
Customer-oriented, good communication and coordination skills
Salary:
Salary will be commensurate with qualifications and experience.
