Manager Settlement-Delivery and Transfers - PEA Specialist
You will manage Upvest's settlement-delivery and transfer processes across all markets. You will act as a subject matter expert responsible for clearing, settlement and transfer processes for PEA accounts on the French market. You will build relationships with client operations teams and support them with end-user questions about PEA. You will contribute to building a best-in-class product. You will optimize workflows and help implement automation and AI to shape the experience for French clients. You will design operational improvements while ensuring compliance with regulations and internal policies, managing potential risks to ensure reliable and secure operations. You will collaborate with Product, Engineering, Compliance, Treasury and other teams to support process efficiency and resolve challenges as they arise. You will take part in projects to scale settlement and transfer operations in France. You will track KPIs related to settlement-delivery and transfers, providing analysis to support strategic decisions and improve performance.

- Manage potential risks to ensure reliable and secure operations
- Collaborate with Product Engineering Compliance and Treasury teams
- Participate in projects to scale settlement and transfer operations in France
- Track KPIs related to settlement-delivery and transfers and provide analysis
Requirements
- At least 3 years of relevant experience in PEA transfers and French post-trade operations
- Deep understanding of market rules and best practices
- Good knowledge of the current regulatory framework
- Strong investigation and analytical skills to identify and resolve errors
- Exceptional communication skills and ability to maintain positive professional relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Native French speaker with fluent English (written and spoken)
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Experience in data analysis and process automation (data visualization tools, SQL, Python or similar) is a plus
- Experience with transfer and settlement procedures in the EEA or UK (e.g. ISAs, SIPPs) is a plus
