Job Description

If you can/have:

• Experience in managing one or more outlets, ensuring operational readiness at all times.

• Lead and motivate a team of Consultant and therapist to maximize sales through maintaining excellent service and retail standards to achieve customer service and sales goals

• Resourceful, service-oriented, active and hands-on and good management skills.

• Handle all refund and complain cases.

• Self-driven, highly motivated and result oriented.

• Excellent communications, interpersonal skill and customer service attitude

• Scheduling, managing and coaching the performance of the sales team.

• Ability to work independently as well as be a team leader.

• Possess good sales track record with ability to hit sales target.

• Min Diploma in any discipline with experience

• Good business acumen with a passion for beauty/ medi-spa industry.
