Your role as our Manager for Specialist Disability Accommodation Services
As Manager, you will provide operational leadership across allocated SDA services, ensuring the delivery of safe, high-quality supports that align with Wesley Mission Queensland's values, strategic priorities and commitment to exceptional customer outcomes.
You will lead and develop a multidisciplinary team while overseeing service performance, workforce management, compliance, financial outcomes and continuous improvement, ensuring residents receive the support they need to thrive.

About you
What you'll bring:
Experience leading disability services, supported accommodation, and/or services supporting people with complex care needs
Relevant tertiary qualifications and a strong understanding of person-centred practice
Proven success leading and developing large multidisciplinary teams of up to 150 staff, including workforce planning, recruitment, coaching and performance management
Experience overseeing residential or accommodation-based services supporting up to 48 residents with diverse needs and goals
Financial acumen, with experience managing budgets, KPIs and operational performance
Strong stakeholder engagement, communication and relationship-building skills
A collaborative leadership style with a commitment to quality, compliance and continuous improvement
NDIS and/or supported accommodation experience will be highly regarded
Essential Requirements
Proof of COVID-19 vaccination status (or as required by legislation and WMQ policy)
Relevant probity checks required by legislation and WMQ Limited policy.
Current Driver’s Licence and willingness to travel for work
