Manager / Sr Asst Manager (Compensation)

You will be part of the team in shaping and supporting the institution’s strategic objectives including attracting, retaining and motivating a diverse workforce through compensation strategies and practices. You will also be responsible to:

  • Administer ongoing compensation programmes including specialised payouts, bonuses, incentives, allowances, and billing cycles, ensuring data integrity and accuracy
  • Support / lead the design and implementation of compensation programmes, processes, and projects
  • Participate in compensation surveys submissions, benchmark with internal data and analyse survey results
  • Conduct / support audit to ensure compensation procedures are implemented in accordance with the Cluster HR and Hospital’s policies
  • Collaborate with HRBPs on compensation-related decisions e.g. compensation-related business problems, job offers, promotion, etc
  • Drive workflow enhancements by leveraging Excel or automation tools (e.g. VBA, RPA, Power Query) to build scalable, efficient systems

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Business Administration or related field
  • At least 3 or more years of experience in compensation role. Those who have both consulting and inhouse experience will have an added advantage
  • Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret and produce high quality data insights, and comfortable managing large datasets
  • Strong interpersonal skills; a team player who thrives in fast-paced environment and is able to engage senior stakeholders
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite with strong Excel skills (e.g. xlookup, pivot table, VBA)
  • High degree of accountability and commitment to accuracy when handling sensitive data
