Key Responsibilities
Champion Workplace Psychological Wellness
- Lead the planning and implementation of WellCARE programmes, initiatives and annual training plans.
- Develop and enhance strategies that promote workplace psychological wellness and staff resilience.
- Partner internal stakeholders, family groups and micro-units to build awareness, engagement and ownership of wellbeing initiatives.
- Provide guidance and support to peer supporters, including debriefing and case consultations where required.
- Coordinate and deliver training, workshops and talks on workplace psychological wellness, resilience and crisis management.
- Review and provide direction on communications related to staff wellbeing programmes and initiatives.
Drive Employee Engagement and Workplace Culture
- Build strong relationships with leaders and employees to understand workforce needs and engagement drivers.
- Design, implement and evaluate employee engagement strategies that strengthen organisational culture and employee experience.
- Lead initiatives that promote wellbeing, work-life harmony and quality of work life.
- Measure programme effectiveness and leverage insights to continuously improve engagement outcomes.
- Represent Human Resources in engagement, wellbeing and organisational culture projects, committees and workgroups.
- Support the development of programmes that reinforce Woodlands Hospital's values and Model of Care.
Lead People and Operational Excellence
- Supervise and develop Executives and HR Assistants through coaching, guidance and performance management.
- Manage programme budgets and resources effectively.
- Drive continuous process improvements to enhance service delivery and operational efficiency.
- Monitor programme outcomes and prepare reports for management decision-making.
- Undertake special projects and other duties as assigned.
What You Bring
Qualifications & Experience
- Degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Social Work or a related discipline.
- At least 4 to 6 years of relevant experience in employee wellbeing, staff engagement, organisational development, workplace wellness or related HR functions.
- Experience in case management, employee assistance programmes, workplace abuse and harassment management or staff wellbeing initiatives will be advantageous.
- Demonstrated experience leading programmes and initiatives from conceptualisation through implementation and evaluation.
- Experience in incident management, crisis intervention, case triaging or employee support services will be advantageous.
- Familiarity with workplace harassment frameworks, Workplace Safety and Health regulations, and relevant tripartite guidelines.
- Working knowledge of incident reporting systems and stakeholder escalation processes, including PRISM, will be advantageous.
- Knowledge of Singapore employment legislation and HR practices.
- Crisis intervention or suicide intervention training (e.g. ASIST, SISW) will be advantageous.
- Strong digital literacy, including Microsoft Office applications, social media platforms and data analytics tools.
