Summary:
The Manager, Stations Training, is responsible for the leadership, oversight, and continuous improvement of Allegiant's Stations Training and Standards programs. This position provides operational leadership for frontline training programs, operational standards, policy governance, procedural documentation, and regulatory compliance activities to ensure safe, consistent, and effective execution across the Allegiant network.

The Manager leads the day-to-day execution of departmental programs by providing leadership to Corporate Trainers and Standards Specialists, while partnering closely with Curriculum Developers, Instructional Designers, Allegiant University, Records, Technical Publications, Safety, Security, Operational Leaders, Subject Matter Experts (SMEs), and other cross-functional stakeholders. This position ensures operational procedures, training programs, instructional materials, and supporting documentation remain accurate, compliant, scalable, and aligned with company objectives and regulatory requirements.

Years of Experience:
• Minimum four (4) years of airline operations, operational training, operational standards, or aviation operational leadership experience.

• Minimum two (2) years of leadership or management experience within an operational, training, standards, or regulatory environment.

• Experience supporting operational training programs, operational standards, policy governance, curriculum initiatives, or technical documentation.

• Strong leadership, organizational, communication, and decision-making skills.
• Strong understanding of airline operational environments and frontline operations.
• Strong technical writing, documentation management, and process improvement skills.
• Ability to lead multiple operational priorities and cross-functional initiatives simultaneously.
• Ability to analyze operational trends, audit findings, safety data, compliance metrics, and performance indicators to drive operational improvements.
• Ability to interpret and apply company policies, operational procedures, and regulatory requirements.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain applicable company and regulatory qualifications/certifications.
• Knowledge of FAA, DOT, TSA, ACAA, IOSA/IATA, and Safety Management System (SMS) principles.

• Ability to travel up to 40% and to work flexible schedules as needed.

Job Duties:
• Lead the day-to-day execution and continuous improvement of Allegiant's Stations Training and Standards programs, ensuring alignment with organizational priorities, operational objectives, and regulatory requirements.
• Provide leadership, coaching, performance management, and professional development to Corporate Trainers and Standards Specialists, while fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, customer focus, and continuous improvement.

• Establish departmental priorities, allocate resources, monitor workload, and ensure projects and initiatives are completed accurately, efficiently, and on schedule.
• Oversee the development, implementation, evaluation, and continuous improvement of Stations training programs, including initial, recurrent, supplemental, remedial, leadership, qualification, and role-specific training.
• Ensure training programs remain operationally aligned, scalable, and compliant with company policies, operational procedures, and applicable regulatory requirements.
• Evaluate training effectiveness through operational performance metrics, audit findings, safety data, field observations, learner feedback, and other performance indicators to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Ensure Corporate Trainers, Master Trainers, Local Trainers, and applicable vendor trainers maintain required qualifications, certifications, and instructional standards.
• Oversee the development, governance, maintenance, and publication of Stations operational standards, manuals, policies, bulletins, job aids, quick reference guides, and related procedural documentation to ensure accuracy, consistency, regulatory compliance, and operational effectiveness.
• Serve as the business owner and subject matter expert for Stations operational procedures by providing guidance to operational leaders and cross-functional stakeholders, while ensuring consistent interpretation and application of Company standards.
• Partner with Technical Publications to manage document governance, publishing activities, version control, and the timely implementation of procedural updates across the Stations organization.
• Ensure Stations training programs and operational documentation comply with applicable FAA, DOT, TSA, ACAA, IOSA/IATA, and company requirements by monitoring regulatory changes, supporting internal and external audits, and maintaining operational readiness.
• Participate in Safety Risk Management (SRM) activities and support the implementation of Safety Management System (SMS) principles by assessing operational impacts, supporting corrective actions, and incorporating identified risks into training programs and operational standards.
• Partner with Safety, Security, Regulatory Compliance, Technical Publications, and Operational Leadership to ensure operational changes are accurately reflected in training programs, policies, and procedural documentation.
• Analyze operational trends, audit findings, compliance metrics, safety data, frontline feedback, and performance indicators to identify opportunities to improve operational consistency, compliance, efficiency, and frontline performance.
• Lead operational implementation efforts by ensuring policy updates, procedural changes, system enhancements, and training requirements are effectively communicated, implemented, and sustained across the Stations network.
• Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate the effectiveness of Stations Training and Standards programs, identify emerging operational risks, and support data-informed decision-making.
• Lead or support corrective action planning and continuous improvement initiatives resulting from audits, operational events, safety investigations, regulatory findings, and organizational priorities.
• Partner with Operational Leaders, Allegiant University, Curriculum Developers, Instructional Designers, Technical Publications, Safety, Security, Subject Matter Experts (SMEs), and other cross-functional stakeholders, to ensure alignment between operational procedures, training programs, and business objectives.
• Represent Stations Training and Standards on enterprise initiatives, cross-functional committees, system implementations, vendor programs, and operational readiness activities by providing operational expertise and leadership throughout project planning and execution.
• Build collaborative relationships across the organization to support strategic initiatives, operational consistency, regulatory compliance, and successful organizational change.
• Ensure direct reports understand and apply Allegiant's Customer Commitment and customer service standards in their daily responsibilities, as appropriate.
• Model Allegiant's customer service standards through personal actions and leadership.
