Manager-Store

Roles and Responsibilities:

1. Inventory Management:
   
• Maintain accurate records of production ingredients, supplies & ram materials.
  
• Ensure the availability of raw materials for production while minimizing excess stock.
  
• Monitor inventory levels to prevent shortages and overstocking.
  
2. Ordering and Procurement:
   
• Place orders for production ingredients, packaging materials, and other supplies as needed.
  
• Verify the quantity of incoming goods.
  
• Verify the quality of the incoming goods with the help of quality people.
  
3. Storage and Handling:
   
• Safely store production ingredients and products, following food safety and hygiene standards.
  
• Implement FIFO (First-In-First-Out) and proper storage practices.
  
• Ensure that products are stored at appropriate temperatures and conditions.
  
4. Supervision of Staff:
   
• Manage a team of storekeepers and store personnel.
  
• Assign tasks and responsibilities to staff.
  
• Provide training and ensure compliance with safety and operational procedures.
  
5. Quality Control:
   
• Monitor product quality during storage to prevent spoilage or damage.
  
• Report and address any quality issues promptly.
  
6. Cost Control:
   
• Track and control inventory costs, including storage expenses and wastage.
  
• Identify cost-saving opportunities in inventory management.
  

Requirements

SKILLS REQUIRED:

· 5 years of experience
