Job Responsibilities

You will lead a team to execute the corporate planning cycle for the Hospital. You will play a vital role in formulating strategic directions and objectives, setting and monitoring Hospital’s performance, conducting research in support of policy development and strategic planning, as well as establishing close collaboration with key internal and external stakeholders to meet the Hospital’s vision, mission and key priorities.

Job Requirements

• Degree in a related discipline

• Minimum 6 years of relevant work experience, preferably in the healthcare industry

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a managerial or supervisory role

• Ability to analyse and interpret quantitative data

• Strong interpersonal skills and highly adaptable in a dynamic environment

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
