Manager – Strategic Planning & Enterprise Architecture

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and operate the Application Technology Register at the DCH Group level, working across all Business Units in all operated markets

• Take ownership of the Application Rationalization plan and drive its execution across all Business Units in all operated markets

• Take ownership of the Business Technology Continuity Management (BTCM) framework and drive its adoption across all Business units, working with Technology Share Services team for relevant technology implementation according to the needs defined in the BTCM framework

• Support Group-wide technology initiatives (15-5 Plan, Digitalization, AI Adoption etc.) from DCH Group or from CITIC / CITIC Pacific
  

Qualifications:

• Degree or above in Computer Science, Information Systems Management or related

• 7 to 10 years in Information Technology related field

• 3+ years in Enterprise Architecture / Application Management / IT Strategy Planning related roles

• Architecture Related Certifications is a plus (e.g. TOGAF)

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail

• Good communication skills, both written and verbal

• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team

• Proficient in written and spoken Cantonese, Mandarin and English
