Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and driven Manager – Strategy Analytics to lead analytics, reporting, and automation initiatives. The ideal candidate will bring strong technical expertise, a strategic mindset, and hands-on experience in building scalable reporting solutions and automation frameworks. This role requires close collaboration with cross-functional teams to drive data-driven decision-making and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design and implementation of analytics, reporting, and automation solutions.
• Develop and maintain scalable dashboards and reporting systems to support business strategy.
• Drive automation initiatives using Python-based tools or web-based reporting solutions.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into analytical solutions.
• Manage data workflows, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and timely delivery of insights.
• Leverage Microsoft Power Platform (Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate) to build impactful business applications.
• Identify opportunities to optimize processes through data-driven insights and automation.
• Mentor and guide team members, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
• Ensure adherence to data governance, quality, and security standards.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 10–15 years of experience in analytics, reporting, and automation.
• Strong hands-on expertise in Python-based automation and/or web reporting solutions.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Power Platform (Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate).
• Solid understanding of data modeling, ETL processes, and reporting frameworks.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or a related field.

Preferred Qualifications (Optional):

• Experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP).
• Exposure to advanced analytics, machine learning, or AI-driven automation.
• Strong project management and stakeholder management skills.
