Develop and implement the strategic roadmaps for the Material Organization.
Lead and develop a multidisciplinary team focused on strategy, performance management, and digital transformation.
Oversee the governance of the portfolio of strategic initiatives and projects.
Develop and maintain performance metrics, KPIs, and management dashboards.
Identify and recommend opportunities to improve processes, systems, and ways of working.
Lead digital transformation, automation, and data-driven initiatives.
Ensure the governance and continuous evolution of the Operational Control Center.
Support teams in change management efforts and the implementation of new practices.
Prepare analyses, recommendations, and presentations for senior leadership.
Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, continuous improvement, and operational excellence.

Experience leading multidisciplinary teams in a complex manufacturing or operational environment.
Proven experience in organizational transformation, continuous improvement, and the deployment of strategic initiatives.
Strong background in project portfolio management, governance, and performance management.
Experience implementing digital solutions and leading change management initiatives.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to engage, motivate, and develop talent.
Strategic mindset, systems thinking, and a strong results-oriented approach.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
Demonstrated ability to influence stakeholders and communicate effectively across all levels of the organization.

Knowledge of performance management and key performance indicators (KPIs).
Experience with business intelligence and data visualization tools (Power BI or equivalent).
Knowledge of automation, artificial intelligence, digital transformation, data analytics, and data governance.
Understanding of maintenance, engineering, asset management, and industrial project processes.
Experience developing or enhancing operational control centers.
Experience in the aerospace industry or other highly regulated environments.
