Accounts cum Operations Manager

Salary: S$3,500 – S$5,000
Location: Tuas, Singapore
Employment: Full-Time

Responsibilities

• Handle full set of accounts independently
• Prepare monthly P&L, Balance Sheet and management accounts
• Handle AP, AR, GL and bank reconciliations
• Perform month-end/year-end closing, accruals, prepayments and depreciation
• Prepare GST submissions and liaise with auditors/tax agents
• Monitor cash flow, collections and supplier payments
• Handle purchasing and supplier coordination
• Monitor inventory and conduct physical stock-taking
• Investigate stock and accounting discrepancies
• Coordinate daily warehouse and operational matters
• Prepare management and operational reports

Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in Accounting, Finance or related field
• Minimum 3 years' relevant experience
• Strong full-set accounting knowledge
• Good Excel and accounting software skills
• Able to work independently and handle both accounts and operations
