About the Role

Our client is seeking a responsible, experienced, and target-driven Manager/Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of a new eatery in Festac Town.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the eatery.
• Supervise staff and ensure excellent customer service.
• Monitor sales, inventory, and general business activities.
• Ensure cleanliness, efficiency, and compliance with operational standards.
• Handle customer concerns and resolve operational issues.
• Coordinate staff schedules and ensure smooth daily operations.
• Support the business in achieving its sales and operational targets.
