What you will do

The Manager, Supply Chain Excellence will play a critical role in driving operational excellence across North America Operations through performance management, advanced analytics, dashboard development, and process automation.

This position serves as a strategic business partner to Operations leadership and is responsible for transforming data into actionable insights that improve service, inventory, forecast accuracy, productivity, and decision-making. The role will lead the development of scalable reporting solutions, automate manual processes, and establish best-in-class performance management capabilities that support the North America Operations strategy and digital transformation roadmap. This aligns with ongoing initiatives focused on automated dashboards, KPI governance, reason code automation, and integrated planning capabilities. The ideal candidate is equally comfortable discussing supply chain strategy and supporting the design of analytical solutions that drive operational performance.

Key Responsibilities

Performance Management & Business Insights

  • Partner with North America Operations leadership to monitor and improve key
  • performance indicators including Service, OTIF, Product Availability, Inventory, Forecast Accuracy, and Productivity.
  • Identify business risks, opportunities, and emerging trends through data analysis and performance monitoring.
  • Support strategic initiatives and transformation programs through ongoing performance tracking and reporting.
  • Drive KPI standardization and governance across North America Operations.
  • Lead root cause analyses and improvement initiatives that enhance business performance.
  • Partner cross-functionally with Supply Planning, Demand Planning, Manufacturing, Logistics, Customer Service, Commercial teams, Finance, and Digital organizations.

Analytics & Dashboard Support

  • Support the enhancements and maintenance of Power BI dashboards and executive scorecards that provide real-time visibility into operational performance.
  • Create scalable reporting solutions that reduce manual reporting effort and improve decision-making speed.
  • Establish and maintain reporting standards and governance processes.
  • Partner with Tech & Data, Data & Analytics, and business stakeholders to improve data accessibility and reporting capabilities.

Automation & Digital Transformation

  • Lead automation initiatives that improve reporting efficiency, data quality, and productivity.
  • Support development of automated reporting, workflow solutions, and business processes
  • Identify opportunities to eliminate manual processes and create scalable digital solutions.
  • Support ongoing dashboard modernization and reason-code automation initiatives designed to improve service visibility and operational effectiveness.

What we are looking for

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 8-10 years of progressive experience in supply chain management, manufacturing operations, or related disciplines with demonstrated leadership roles.
  • Strong foundation in analytical and strategic thinking.
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools and the ability to generate actionable insights.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, particularly advanced PowerPoint and Excel capabilities for reporting and presentations and familiarity with Power BI platform.

Desired Qualifications

  • Proven expertise in utilizing advanced supply chain technologies, data-driven decision-making, and process innovation to elevate operational performance.
  • Familiarity with SAP/ERP order management principles and data analysis skills. AI-enabled analytics and automation solutions
  • Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to inspire diverse teams, manage complex projects, and influence stakeholders at all organizational levels.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive organizational change through effective communication and stakeholder engagement.
  • Experience with advanced supply chain analytics, master data management, and performance metric development.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with a track record of building strong partnerships internally and externally to achieve business objectives.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with an organized, analytical approach and the ability to work independently and take ownership of results.
  • Experience with JJOS or similar operational excellence systems is highly desirable.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills capable of influencing at all organizational levels.
  • Demonstrated persistence and presence to effectively challenge and influence senior business leaders.
  • Project management certification or formal training preferred.
  • Proven success in leading change management initiatives and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Strong aptitude for strategic planning, risk management, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement within dynamic and fast-paced environments.

What’s in it for you

Annual base salary for new hires in this position ranges:

$124,100.00 - $175,200.00

This takes into account a number of factors including work location, the candidate’s skills, experience, education level & other job-related factors.
